If the heat dissipation of the high-pressure pump is not good, it will increase the temperature of the oil in the high-pressure pump and accelerate the aging of the oil in the crankcase, thereby affecting the lubrication performance of the crankshaft connecting rod in the crankcase. In severe cases, the connecting rod in the crankcase will be ground and cause the crankcase to burn. It is also called a cylinder explosion.
Before starting, be sure to check the amount of water in the high-pressure pump body, otherwise it will not only affect the self-priming performance, but also easily burn the shaft seal parts. Under normal circumstances, the high-pressure pump should discharge water within 3 to 5 minutes after it is started, otherwise, it should be shut down immediately for inspection. The high-pressure pump can not run for more than 3 minutes without water.
Once the high-pressure pump fails, do not disassemble it yourself. When disassembling by myself, one is blindly dismantling without knowing where the fault is; resuming the installation may forget the original installation until or the order of installation, which may lead to improper installation or missing parts. Cause the high pressure washer to not work properly. Even more serious failures of the high-pressure cleaner occurred, resulting in damage to the high-pressure pump. The second is that it often damages the original intact parts without tools. The failure of the high-pressure cleaner must be repaired at an experienced and large-scale repair point, or repair operations under the guidance of personnel and timely replacement of over-aged parts and certain wearing parts. Under normal circumstances, the high-pressure cleaner should be repaired once every six months to prevent sick work.
During the non-use period, the water inlet pipe of the high-pressure pump should be lifted away from the water source in time, and the accumulated water in the high-pressure pump should be drained. Especially in cold winter, the high-pressure washer should be moved in a warm room and then placed in a dry place. Users with conditions can also apply butter on key parts of the high-pressure pump to prevent parts from rusting. In addition, the non-use period of the high-pressure pump is not as long as possible. If it is not used for a long time, it will not only easily corrode the parts, but also reduce the service life of the high-pressure pump.
